The advanced digital signal processor(DSP) with 32 digits is adopted as control core in AC servo control system for K series high speed sewing machine to precisely control synchronous permanent-magnet motor.Optical,machanical,electrical magnetic,power electronic, digital controlling,communication and fault diagnosic technololgy are employed in this control system,and special soft and hardwares are adopted to eliminate noise in motor operation and adapt the technical requirements for large torque variation,high speed response and accurate positioning,which possesses over and low voltage,short circuit,over current and stall protection function.AC servo motor is designed by ourselves,which has features of large power,high speed  and efficiency,low noise and vibration.This product not only can be used for automatic computer sewing machine,leather/thick material sewing machine,but also for strectch sewing machine and wrapping sewing machine.
